Holistic Movement offers personalised, body-led support through movement, strength training, and nutrition. This work is grounded in nervous system awareness and designed to support sustainable energy, vitality, and embodied confidence.

Rather than offering generic fitness programs, I work with a small number of clients at a time, in a way that is attentive, intuitive, and tailored to your body and goals.

1:1 Movement Coaching

  • body-based approach to appetite and energy

  • digestive and physiological support

Wellness Program (Movement + Nutrition)

For those who want a more integrated path, combining movement and nutrition into one supportive container.

This is a deeper-style offering and may include:
