The 8-Week Wellness Program is a comprehensive and personalised offering designed to support your physical health, fitness, and overall well-being. This program combines movement plan and nutrition support in a way that meets you where you are—whether you choose to work with me through 1:1 personal training or a customised movement plan you can follow on your own.

Included is a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and preferences, along with one initial assessment to determine both your fitness and nutrition goals. You'll also receive two follow-up reassessments—one halfway through and one at the end—to track progress, adjust as needed, and celebrate what’s shifting. This program is designed to support meaningful, sustainable change through structure, accountability, and a deepened connection to your body and health.

  • Eight-week holistic program combining movement plan and nutrition support

  • Choose your format:

    • 1:1 personal training sessions (in person or online)

    • Or a self‑guided fitness plan tailored to your context

  • One initial assessment (via Zoom or in person) to define your fitness and nutrition goals

  • Two reassessments

    • One at the halfway point (~week 4)

    • One at program completion (week 8)

  • Personalised nutrition plan aligned with your lifestyle, preferences, and goals

  • Tailored movement plan that may include strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, cardio, toning, or weight‑loss support

  • Structured yet flexible: strategy and accountability with freedom to engage in a way that fits your life
