Meet Renata
Hello, I’m Renata.
I’m a personal trainer, nutritionist, and somatic therapist supporting people to reconnect with their bodies through movement, nutrition, and greater awareness. My work brings together physical training with an understanding of how the body holds stress, adapts over time, and responds to the way we move and live.
I’m interested in helping people build a body that feels strong, capable, and well-supported—along with a growing sense of confidence, vitality, and resilience in everyday life.
An Integrated Approach to Health
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked across fitness, nutrition, and body-based therapeutic approaches. My background includes formal training in fitness and nutrition, alongside further studies in somatic therapy, trauma-informed work, and mindfulness-based practices.
My approach is practical and responsive. Sessions are shaped around your body—supporting strength, mobility, and flexibility, while also working with patterns of tension and holding. There is attention to fascia health, recovery, and nervous system regulation, so that the body can function more efficiently and feel less restricted.
Whether working one-on-one or through a program, the focus is on building sustainable habits and creating the right conditions for long-term change.
My Philosophy
I don’t work with rigid formulas or one-size-fits-all plans. Change tends to be more effective—and more sustainable—when it’s built gradually and in a way that fits your life.
A big part of the work is learning how to better understand your body—how it responds to training, nutrition, stress, and rest. From there, we can make adjustments that support strength, energy, and overall wellbeing in a way that is steady and realistic.
