In this one-on-one nutrition session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your health and nutrition goals, explore your current routine, and receive a tailored plan designed specifically for your body, lifestyle, and needs. This is a space to look honestly and compassionately at where you are now—and begin shaping a way forward that feels both supportive and realistic.

Our 75-minute session allows us to work closely and intentionally, co-creating a plan that suits not just your nutritional needs, but also your personality, preferences, and day-to-day life. The aim is to provide you with both structure and flexibility—along with the encouragement and clarity to make lasting, healthy changes.

For those ready to go deeper, I recommend an 8-week follow-up plan to build momentum and continue integrating changes in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.

We begin with a 75-minute initial session via Zoom to explore your current nutrition habits, health goals, and lifestyle. This session serves as a comprehensive assessment, allowing us to gain insight into your unique needs and I create a personalised nutrition plan that aligns with your preferences, routine, and long-term well-being.
