Hello, I’m Renata.
I’m a personal trainer, nutritionist, and somatic therapist devoted to supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies through movement, nourishment, and inner awareness. My approach blends the physical and the subtle—drawing from years of experience in fitness, nutrition, trauma-informed care, and embodied healing.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: the body is not separate from who we are. When we move with intention, nourish with awareness, and honour the wisdom within, we lay the foundation for genuine wellbeing—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of sport, nutrition, and self-care. My background includes formal studies in fitness and holistic nutrition, alongside deep training in somatic therapy, trauma release, and mindfulness-based practices.
