The movement plan is designed to give you structure, motivation, and clarity—while still offering the freedom to move at your own pace. Whether you prefer training at the gym, in a park, or from home, your plan will be fully personalised based on your environment, goals, and available equipment.
Each plan includes 2-4 sessions per week, with a focus tailored to your needs—whether that’s building strength, increasing mobility, improving flexibility, supporting weight loss, toning, or enhancing cardiovascular health. It’s a supportive, flexible structure to guide you toward your fitness goals while fostering a deeper connection with your body. You’ll have the freedom to follow the plan independently, while still receiving the benefit of professional guidance and intentional design.

The Details
Before we begin, we’ll schedule an initial 45-minute session via Zoom to get to know your current routine, movement history, and goals. This session acts as your assessment and gives us a chance to co-create a personalised training plan that aligns with your lifestyle, preferences, and intentions.
Investment
Initial Assessment (Zoom, 45 min): $100
2 sessions/week: $240 per month
3 sessions/week: $300
4 sessions/week: $320 per month
